Any products delivered to the customer in unsatisfactory condition may be eligible for a refund or a future credit. We strive to make sure your products are packaged and delivered safely, although in the event an item was mispacked or damaged, you will receive a refund or a credit for it. Please use our Contact Us form to communicate any problems with your order; we strive to respond to all messages within the same business day. Reports of damaged goods must be documented via photograph and communicated to our staff within 24 hours of receipt.
