  • It looks like you're sold out an the item I want to purchase. When will you get more?
    • We communicate with our farmer partners at the beginning of each week to find out they have to sell. The marketplace re-opens on Tuesdays fully re-stocked and ready to process orders for the following pick-up/delivery day.
  • Are the items here certified organic?
    • Most are, yes, but check the item descriptions to confirm. Items which are certified organic are specifically noted as 'organic' in the item descriptions.
  • An item I ordered was missing from my order. What do I do?
    • Darn it, we apologize! We try to be perfect but mistakes do occasionally happen. Email us and we'll take care of you!
  • The website won't let me select the delivery option I want -- why not?
    • Your preferred delivery option is likely sold out; we only have so much capacity to either deliver to your home or allow you to pick up at our farmstand. We're expanding quickly to meet demand, so please bear with us as we grow!
  • Where do you deliver? Can you deliver outside of Santa Cruz County?
    • We currently only deliver to portions of Santa Cruz County from Watsonville to Scotts Valley on Wednesdays and Thursdays, and portions of Monterey County from Marina to Carmel on Thursdays only. We are considering expanding our program to other counties -- please stay tuned.
  • Do you do any other pick-up or delivery days and times?
    • Currently we do pick-ups in Aptos on Wednesday and Santa Cruz on Thursday afternoons only, and have limited capacity to deliver to homes in and around Santa Cruz and Monterey those same afternoons. We are working on increasing pick-up days, adding new delivery locations, and increasing delivery capacity.
