
Taggiasca is an estate-grown specialty oil. This beautiful oil is a crowd pleaser at the farmer’s market, and is a delight on it’s own with bread, or as a topping on any food. This is the oil three-star Michelin chef David Kinch selected his new restaurant, Mentone in Aptos. Taggiasca oil is filtered to increase the shelf life and maintain great flavor.
